Mini Privates

This is a 30 minute, one-on-one instruction with a Senior Coach. You do not need to be registered in a class to schedule a mini-private but need to be 6 years old – 5th grade.
Cost: $50-$60 depending on coach (payment due upon registration) and you must be up to date on your $60 annual registration fee

A 72 hour notice is required to cancel for credit. There are no refunds or credits for missed Mini Privates.

Mini Privates will be listed and available for registration via the parent portal. You can view the schedule on the informational flyers page on our website as well.

Open Gym

OPEN GYM -Check the portal for days/times we are offering open gyms!
Open gym is a non-instructional time for your child to practice skills independently and play with new kids of all ages in a fun and safe environment. Supervising coaches are CPR/First Aid certified. Open to Kindergarten age children through Middle School for current students as well as the general public! Jump on the trampoline, practice a cartwheel, balance on the beam, and swing on the bars.

$20.00/hr (includes tax) or make-up class token required to attend. Pre-registration online is required at www.gymeast.com

All kids must have an account on our parent portal to participate.
Cancellation is required within 48 hours of your scheduled Open Gym date to receive credit or a make-up token back to your account. If you cancel within 48 hours of your Open Gym scheduled date, there are no credits or make-up tokens back to your account.

Open gym tips and guidelines:

  • The business office and phone are not open during open gym time.
  • Tie all long hair back and remove socks and shoes before checking in.
  • The foam pit (Bellevue Gym) is not available during an open gym.
  • One person on the trampolines and rings at a time.
  • No jumping off equipment to swing on the rope.
  • Only coaches and students are allowed on the gym floors.

Acro/Dance & Conditioning Class

This class is centered on fundamental acrobatic technique and will increase flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, timing, body awareness, self-discipline
and confidence.

An annual non-refundable registration fee of $60 is also required if it is due on your account.

Class Schedules & Class Selections

  • To register for classes, you must create an account on our Parent Portal (click here). From there go to our class filters to make your class selection. Once you choose your class(es), it will come to us via a request. Once your request is approved, we will send you an email confirmation and email receipt for the credit card charge. If your credit card declines, your account will be charged a $10 credit card rejection fee, so please make sure it is current.

TINY TOT PROGRAM
*18 months to 3-year-olds – Parent & Tot Class
*3-year-olds (must be potty trained/no pull-ups) – Grasshoppers

4-year-olds – Kindergarten (Skill-Based Program):
Crickets (beginners)
Bumblebees (Intermediate – must pass a skill evaluation for this level to register)
Hummingbirds (Advanced – must pass a skill evaluation for this level to register)

GIRLS PROGRAM (1st – 5th grade)
Beginner Levels

*1st & 2nd Grade Girls – Mini Bounders – Beginners
*1st – 5th Grade Girls – Mini Bounder/Bounders – Beginners
*3rd – 5th Grade Girls – Bounders – Beginners

Intermediate Level – Skill Test Required
*1st & 2nd Grade Girls – Mini Flips – Intermediate (must pass a skill evaluation for this level to register)
*1st – 5th Grade Girls – Mini Flips/Flips – Intermediate (must pass a skill evaluation for this level to register)
*3rd – 5th Grade Girls – Flips – Intermediate (must pass a skill evaluation for this level to register)

Intermediate/Advanced Level- Skill Test Required

Advanced Level – Skill Test Required

NINJA PROGRAM for Boys and Girls (1st-5th)
* Ninja 1 or Ninja 2 (requires passed skill evaluation).

HOME-SCHOOL CLASS – 1st – 5th Grade Boys/Girls (all levels and only offered at our Issaquah Gym location)

TRIAL CLASSES – Available for a $25 trial class fee and the class must have availability. If you are on a wait-list for a class and are contacted about an opening in the class, you can request your first class be a trial to ensure it is a good fit for your child.

Dress Code

Attire

  • Girls can wear any type of leotard (No two-piece leotards due to safety on the equipment). Footless tights are optional. Students may go barefoot or wear gymnastics shoes. Please have hair shoulder length or longer hair tied back. No hard balls or barrettes. No jewelry, including knotted strings, beads, nylon bands, anklets, and similar may be worn during class with the exception of studded earrings.
  • Boys wear T-shirts and shorts with no buckles, snaps, or zippers. All T-shirts should be tucked into pants.
  • No gum chewing, eating, or drinking (other than water) during class. Water bottles are allowed.
  • There is no lost and found, anything left if the gym will be discarded during the nightly cleaning.

Class Waitlist Procedure

Wait-List Policy

  • If you are on the wait-list for a class and a spot opens up, you will be notified about the opening via email. This notice will be sent to the email address in your account so be sure your email is one that you check regularly. You will generally have only 2 business days to respond before your child is dropped from the wait-list.
  • DO NOT PHONE IN unless you are having an email specific problem! Phoning in will not guarantee you will be offered this opening. Email responses are required as this is not done on-site.
  • If you want to check what number your child is on a class wait-list, please email the appropriate gym location.
