 When a spot opens up, an email announcement will go out to everyone on the wait list.  These emails will come from our email address WaitList@gymeast.com.  To be considered for this opening, you must respond before the closing day and time shown in the announcement.  In general you will have 2 business days to respond but please refer to the specific announcement you receive.  If you are still interested in the spot, you must respond BY EMAIL before this time.  After the reply deadline our staff will contact the first person on the wait list of those who responded.  If you no longer want this spot, please respond so we can remove your child from this waitlist.

Please make sure you have a valid email address in your account and do not click the “unsubscribe” option in the Parent Portal or you will not receive these announcements. DO NOT PHONE IN unless you are having an email specific problem!  Phoning in will not guarantee you will be considered for this opening.  Email responses are required as this is not done on site. Please Note!  Our Waitlists are a courtesy for our customers, and they tend to become very long.   Please keep your waitlist requests current by confirming that your child is only on waitlist for classes that you are interested in.  If you are no longer interested in a class (or any class), please let us know to remove your child(ren) from those waitlists.  You can do this through the Parent Portal or by just giving us a call.  It is important that you always reply to emails from Waitlist@GymEast.com.  If we have no response after several emails your child could be removed from all our waitlists.
